The ME Student Day is a symposium organized together with W.S.G. Isaac Newton. It takes place on the 7th of October from 10:00 until 17:00 in the Utrechtse Jaarbeurs.

Next to that, there are bus tickets available to travel cheaply to and from Utrecht.
Lastly, the ME Student Day is a valid exemption for your CBL meetings. Thus you will have no obligations from the TU/e to be present. Note that, missing this meeting for the ME Student Day means that you’ll have to be present at all other meetings!
